Dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Boncard exclusively serves entrepreneurs as defined in § 14 BGB; no consumer contracts are concluded. Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025; any reference to it has been removed.
